Multivariable Self-Tuning Regulator and its Application to Electrically Heated Furnaces

摘要: 本文讨论了未知结构多变量系统的自校正调节器和群控双输入双输出电加热炉的工程 应用.包括确定被控过程的模型结构,给出一种多变量最小方差控制律的简洁算法和用指数 加权递推最小二乘法在线辨识控制器参数.实时控制结果初步表明,STR调节器能适应电网 电压波动等因素引起的模型参数的改变,控温效果优于PLD和LQG调节器.Abstract: Self-tuning regulator for multivariable systems with unknown structure and its application to the control of a group of double-input-double-output electrically heated furnaces are discussed in this paper. This includes: determining model structure of the controlled process, giving a succinct algorithm for multivariable minimum variance control strategy, and using exponential-weighted recursive least squares method for on-line identification of controller's parameters. The results indicates the performance of this regulator is better than PID and LQG regulators.
