摘要: 球面调和分析是球面信号分析的重要工具, 本文采用球面调和描述子对图像进行形状匹配. 首先把平面图像映射到球面上, 然后计算球面图像的球面调和描述子, 最后通过球面调和描述子得到平面图像的相似性. 实验结果表明, 球面调和描述子可以较好地匹配图像的形状相似性, 并且具有旋转和比例不变性.Abstract: Spherical harmonics is of importance for spherical signal analysis. This paper matches shape similarity among images by a spherical harmonic descriptor. First, images are mapped into spherical images, then the similarities are matched among spherical images by a spherical harmonic descriptor. The experimental results show that the spherical harmonic descriptor is not only precise in image shape matching but also invariant to rotation and scale transforms.
