摘要: 本文介绍一种晶体管直流运算放大器,给出了这种放大器的线路,并对各个部分的设计要点作了必要的说明。分析了频率特性,并给出放大器的实验结果。Abstract: In this paper, a chopper stabilized transistor d.c. operational amplifier having betterperformance is described. One significant feature is the use of a new output stage withhigh efficiency. The design principles and synthesis of frequency response are discussed.Circuit details and experiments results are given.
