A New Actuator Characteristic for Using of Process Control Systems

摘要: 按控制系统要求,过程控制执行器--控制阀应当同时满足两个方面:1)它的特性能够 与控制系统充分匹配,以确保优良的控制品质;2)它应当在低的动力消耗下运行,以节约能 耗.传统的控制阀的特性不能同时实现上述两个基本要求.针对这一问题,作者研制出一种 新的控制阀,称其为低压降比调节阀(记作LPV).实用效果表明,这是一种符合过程控制系统 要求的新型执行器.Abstract: According to the requirements for control system, control valve should satisfy: (1) flow characteristics should fully match the process control system to insure fine regulation quality; (2) smooth operation under low dynamic pressure drop loss to conserve energy. However engineering practice shows that these two requirements are often contradictive. In order to solve this contradiction, a new control valve, called LPV, has been developed and used in process control systems. The results are very satisfactory in the improvement of regulation quality and energy conservation for process control systems.
