摘要: 研究针对静电陀螺支承系统与精度有关的两大关键技术--消除起支击穿放电、可靠支 承下减小预载,提出了连续变结构起支、拟线性变结构预载、绝对开方的变结构控制思想,设计 出相应的变结构调节器、调制器及控制器,给出了边界面滑动模块区.实验效果良好.Abstract: Two improvements for the high-precision degree measurement of Electrostatic Suspended Gyro have been obtained in this paper: no electric-breakdown during initial-levitation process between rotor and its cavity, lower preload and constant open-loop gain in the whole ragulation range for ESS(Electrostatic Suspension System). The achievements are based on the following considerations and designs: initial-levitation control with continuous variable-structure model, preload control with imitated-linear one, system control with absolute square-root one and all boundary layers with sliding model
