Abstract: In this paper, stabilization of completely retarded systems by retarded state feedbacks is investigated. A stabilization method by retarded feedbacks for completely retarded systems is developed with a new type of asymptotic stability theorem established for retarded systems, some Lyapunov functionals properly constructed and the algebraic matrix Riccati equations. The application of results of this paper is illustrated by an example at the end of the paper.-
