摘要: 对机器允许失效的串行生产线进行了讨论,分析了生产线的运行状况以及缓冲区的 状态,利用生产线本身所固有的工作流守恒的特性,提出了串行生产线流守恒的分析方法,得 到了分析串行生产线的性能指标:稳态有效度、稳态生产率、缓冲区中平均库存数.并用数值 例子说明了这种分析方法的有效性.Abstract: This paper presents the flow conservation approach to analyze a transfer line with unreliable machines ,random processing time and finite buffers. The states of buffers and the flow conservation are analyzed and the performance measurement of the transfer line is obtained. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the approach.
