摘要: 提出了一种基于神经网络的锅炉炉膛火焰燃烧状态的识别和灭火预警、报警系 统.燃烧火焰图像由CCD摄像机、传像光纤和图像卡采入计算机,经预处理后由神经网络识 别其燃烧状态,并根据识别结果进行灭火的预警和报警.神经网络由BP算法进行训练.实验 结果表明:新系统对火焰燃烧状态有很高的识别准确性,可以有效地实现灭火报警.Abstract: In this paper, a system based on ANN for flame recognition and extinguishing alarm for a boiler is presented. We use CCD camera, fibre and image card to grab the flame image, then identify its burning state using ANN after preprocessing. According to the result of identification the system decides to alarm for extinguishing or not. The ANN is trained with the backpropagation learning algorithm. The experiment result shows that the system has high correctness of flame recognition. It is effective to alarm for flame extinguishing.
