Reliability Indices and Optimal Checking Policies for A Repairable System

摘要: 研究可修系统的一个模型,假定系统有2种工作状态(正常及异常)和2种故障状态.系统 故障时不需检测,系统工作时必须经过检测才能知道它是正常还是异常,并且检测结果有可能出现 错误.系统开始工作后,每隔一段时间对它检测一次,直到系统故障或检测出系统处于异常状态为 止.利用补充变量方法求出了系统的可靠性指标、系统的最优检测周期和诊断参数的最优临界值.Abstract: This paper deals with a model of repairable systems which are checked at a time. The system has two working modes (normal and abnormal) and two failure modes. The failure modes are not checked, and when the system is operating it is checked once every time period until it attains the failure modes or is detected to be in the abnormal modes. The system-checking may bring about wrong conclusions. The system reliability indices and the method for calculating the optimal checking cycle and the optimal critical value of the diagnostic parameter are obtained by using probability analysis, the supplementary variable technique and optimization method.
