Typical Control Elements in Gene Regulation Pathway

摘要: 生物系统的控制和机械系统的控制一样,都遵循控制论的基本原理.生物学家对于基 因调控和细胞信号传导过程已经进行了许多实验研究,急需对实验结果进行理论总结.综述了 这些研究成果,归纳出7种典型的控制环节.基因调控和信号传导路径可以由这些控制环节组合 而成,可以用控制论进行分析研究,寻找其中的共同规律.Abstract: The control of biology system is like the control of machine system, they all follow the principle of control theory. The genomic regulation and signal transduction have been studied in great detail by biologists, but theoretical integration is far from needed. This paper summarizes these research results, and induces seven typical control elements. The gene regulation network and signal transduction pathway are the assembly of these control elements, and can be analyzed by cybernetics so as to find the common disciplinary.
