摘要: 本文介绍一种具有单板微型计算机和声阻抗匹配换能器的超声波流量计.该仪器克服了 时差法的温度效应.试验结果表明仪器的测量误差在±0.6%之内.Abstract: A gas ultrasonic flowmeter with a built-in uc and an ultrasonic transducer of matched impedance is developed. Data are processed by the uc, so the problem of the tern. perature effect of the time method was improved. The results of the test show that measurement error is within ±0.6%.
