摘要: 作者采用FORTRAN语言进行振动筒压力传感器的特性曲线拟合和温度补偿,编制了全 部程序.解算结果表明,传感器的非线性误差从6.3%减小到士0.05%,温度误差在测试点上 得到了全补偿.该软件设计的程序简单、计算迅速、具有通用性,只要改变输入的原始数据就 可得到任意振动筒压力传感器的待定常数.本程序也适用于数学模型相同的其它类型传感器. 文中列出了源程序清单.Abstract: With FORTRAN programmes, the characteristic curve fit and the temperature compensation of a vibrating cylinder pressure transducer are fulfilled. The numerical results show that the non-linear error of the transducer is reduced considerably from its original value 6.3% down to±0.05% and the error caused by temperature may be completely compensated at the testing points. The programmes are simple and very fast in computation. They can be applied universally to any vibrating cylinder pressure transducer: the constants to be determined may be obtained simply by changing the input data. These programmes are also suitable for other similar transducers. All the programmes, including the source programme and the subroutine, are given in considerable details.
