摘要: 本文介绍一种织物图案处理系统.该系统用He-Ne激光对织物多色图案原稿进行扫描. 由于不同颜色对单色光选择吸收的差异,颜色信号被变换为相应的灰阶,经光电器件和模数变 换器变换成颜色所代表的提花信息,提花信息由小型计算机处理后控制纹版冲孔机加工出织 造纹版. 系统能可靠地识别八种颜色,图案象素的取样速变是1000点/秒.该系统比传统工艺提 高工效3-6倍.Abstract: A textile pattern processing system using a He-Ne Laser to scan a textile multi-coloured pattern is described. Owing to the diversity of the selected absorption of different colours to monochromatic light, the colour signals are first transformed into corresponding grey levels and then converted via optoelectronic device and A/D conveters into jacquard information represented with colours. The jacquard information processed by a minicomputer controls a jacquard card punch to produce jacquard cards for weaving. Eight selected colours can be recognized reliably. The sampling speed is 1000 pattern elements per second and the efficiencwy can be increased for 3 to 6 times more than that by the classic technque.
