摘要: 本文主要讨论气压传感器的长期稳定性和精度,找出了该器件不稳定的主要原因,导出了 保证年稳定性的必要条件,提出了不牺牲灵敏度而能提高精度的分段处理方法.Abstract: In this paper, the long-term stability and accuracy of atmospheric transducer are discussed. The principal factor causing instability is found and the necessary condition ensuring annual stability derived. A method for treating the data in sections is suggested, which improves the accuracy without sacrificing the sensitivity.
