高压大流量大容腔跟踪型压力控制系统的研究

摘要: 本文给出了一种高压、大流量和大容腔的跟踪型压力控制系统的设计方法,包括一种新型 伺服增压器的构造及其优化设计、一种短频程的滤波方法和一种新型的积分式油源.试验表 明按此方法设计的系统(负载压力320kgf/cm2,负载流量1317L/min,容腔250L)具有很高 的跟踪精度和抑制干扰的能力.Abstract: Presented in this paper is the design method for a kind of tracking-type pressure control system with high pressure, large flow and large valume. It contains: (1) The construction of a new type of servo-accumulator and its optimized design; (2) A kind of filtering method for short frequency range; (3) A new kind of integrated power. It has been shown by tests that the system designed according to this theory (load pressure 320 Kg/cm2, load flow 1317 L/rain, volume250 L) has extremely high tracking accuracy and disturbance-restraint ability.
