States Analysis of Continuous Rolling Process Described by Distributed Parameter Model

摘要: 迄今连轧控制的理论研究和实际设计大都基于集中参数模型.本文解分布参数模型[1,2] 得到了速度-张力动态分布和厚度动态模型,从而提出了新的动态工艺参数算法.Abstract: So far the theoretical study and practical design of the control of continuous rolling mills have been substantially based on lumped parameter model. In this paper, the dynamic distributions of velocity-tension and the dynamic model of gage have been obtained by solving the distributed parameter modal[1,2], and thus a new algorithm for dynamic technological parameters is suggested.
