摘要: 本文从系统的机理分析和工程应用的角度,研究了控制系统最经济结构综合的物理意义 和应用价值,提出了控制系统指定最经济结构的综合问题.通过对纸机控制系统最经济结构 的综合和工程实施,表明综合的系统不仅投资少、性能好,而且结构简化,使系统便于实施和维 修,提高了系统的可靠性和运转率.Abstract: In this paper, from the physical analysis and engineering application point, the applicability of the most economical structure synthesis of linear control systems is studied, and a new idea, the most economical specific structure and its synthesis algorithm are presented. The application of this synthesis method to a paper machine control system shows that the resulted control system not only performs satisfactorily and requires low investment, but also makes implementation and maintenance easier. The reliability and working rate of this control system is improved greatly than that of the original one, and economical profit obtained from the new control scheme is very significant.
