摘要: 本文根据能控性和能观性的对偶原理,提出了国民经济控制系统及其对偶问题,阐明了此 二对偶模型的经济内容及各系统变量的经济涵义.最后基于对偶系统的性能指标,揭示了探 讨最优计划价格的新途径.Abstract: The control system of the national economy and its duality problem are dealt with in this paper in accordance with the duality of controllability and observability. The economic content of the dual control model and the economic implications of various system variates are also discussed. Based on the corresponding performance indices of the dual system, a new approach to the optimal planned prices is stated at the end of the paper.
