摘要: 本文提出了一种任意几何外形的新的编码方法--角度编码,它是在H.Freemann方向 编码的基础上给出的,同时对于几何外形在平移、相似及旋转变换下具有不变性质,为几何客 体的外形识别提供了另一种途径和方法.Abstract: A new coding method--Angle Coding for arbitrary geometric configuration based on Freemann's direction coding is presented in this paper. Implemented with this new method, the features of a geometric configuration are kept invariant under translation, scaling and rotation transformations. Therefore, angle coding provides a new approach for the recognition of the configuration of geometric objects.
