摘要: 本文给出了判别Hurwitz多项式的简便而又宽裕的方法,并推导了Routh判据的等价形 式.Abstract: This paper suggests a simple and mild scheme for Hurwitz property of an algebra polynomial. In addition, the criteria equivalent to that of Routh are developed.
