A New System ReliabilitY Model

Abstract: In this paper, we have modified the assumption of the traditional reliability theory that components and systems have only two states: good and false. We hold that there exists a degradation process before the complete failure of components and systems. On this base, a new method to analyse system reliability is advanced.
