摘要: 本文根据我国的实际情况,建立了人口发展过程的动态模型,定义了各种函数关系,指出 了连续模型和离散模型之间的转换关系.以育龄妇女平均生育率作为控制量,找到了为实现 理想的人口发展过程的最优控制所应满足的必要条件,从而得到了关于控制量受限制情况下, 双线性最优控制的计算方法.Abstract: The relationship between continuous and discrete models describing population evolution processes has been established. To accommodate the population policy being held in China we introduce a set of new definitions of quantities and functions and take the specific fertility rate to be the control parameter with psychological and stability constraints. An optimization problem to achieve desired population state is formulated, and a necessary condition for optimality has been proved by means of maximum principle, thus a computational method is provided for numerical study of planned population evolution processes that is needed in working out long term population policy.
