Abstract: In this paper a new matching process for image sequence according to multi-channel Closed Curve Structures(CCS) is presented. Given two successive images, 2n derived images of n channels and their multi-primitive structures are constructed. Then the matching is performanced based on the constructed structures. The structures consist of hierachical struotures and tree structures. Experiments for real image sequences show that the process is satisfactory because of its simplcncss, efficiency, accuracy as well as robustness.
