Abstract: This paper deals with two level static incentive problems wherein muiti-followers play Nash noncooperative game under the leader's strategy by using the property of invariant convex function. We prove that quasi-incentive strategy and weak-incentive strategy exist when follower's indicator functions belongs to some kind of a invariant convex functions. A new nonlinear quasi-incentive strategy and nonIinear weak-incentive strategies with quadratic characteristics are given. Numerical examples are also given to illustrate the results of this paper.
