摘要: 该文对水泥工业中生料磨机的成分控制提出了一种新的动态控制方案.其主要由4部分 组成:1)基于内部模型的多变量预测控制.2)在线估计原料化学成分的自适应控制.3)基 于多目标的非线性有约束最优化单元.4)对于特定批处理过程的给定值自调整.本方案是针 对法国Lafarge公司某厂实际工况设计的,但同时也具有普遍意义.基于该厂实际数据的仿 真试验表明本控制方案是有效的.Abstract: This paper deals with composition control at raw mill in cement industry. The proposed new dynamical control strategy mainly consists of four parts: 1)A multivariable predictive control based on an internal model. 2) An adaptive control with online estimation for chemical composition of raw materials. 3) A multicriterion optimization with nonlinearity and constraints. 4) A self-adjustment of reference values for the special batch process. The strategy is designed for a factory of Ciments Lafarge. A simulation result is given.
